Itinerary

Day 1: Visit Shobak Castle

have dinner, and spend the night at Khirbet Muqaddas in Shobak, a desert camp.

Day 2: After breakfast

set off on foot to Arqoub al-Jamal and al-Safaha, have dinner, and spend the night at the Wahidat graves.

Day 3: After breakfast

start walking to visit Jabal Baja (which dates back to the Paleolithic and Neolithic eras), then continue walking to Jabal Qarun, have lunch there, then walk to Al-Bayda Al-Saghira, have dinner and spend the night in a house in Umm Sayhoun, located at the back gate.

Day 4: After breakfast

drive to the Visitor Center to visit Petra from the main entrance, visit the Treasury, the Roman Street, and the Church. Lunch at the Nabataean Tent Restaurant, then walk back to the house in Umm Sayhoun, which is about a 20-minute walk from the back gate. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: After breakfast

you can return to visit Petra from the back road and visit the monastery, or you can stop and end the trip.
